Batch Deletions Guide
Warning: Deleting a batch removes ALL entries within that batch. This action cannot be undone.
When to Delete a Batch
Entire batches should be deleted when:
- The entire payroll run was incorrect
- A duplicate batch was uploaded
- Batch was uploaded to wrong company
- Payroll was cancelled
How to Delete a Batch
- Navigate to the file containing the batch
- Locate the batch in the batch list
- Click the delete icon next to the batch
- Review the warning showing number of entries affected
- Type "DELETE" to confirm
- Click Confirm Delete
Alternative: Delete Individual Items
If only some entries are incorrect, consider deleting individual items instead of the entire batch. This preserves correct entries and reduces re-entry work.
