Batch Deletions Guide
Warning: Deleting a batch removes ALL entries within that batch. This action cannot be undone.

When to Delete a Batch

Entire batches should be deleted when:

  1. The entire payroll run was incorrect
  2. A duplicate batch was uploaded
  3. Batch was uploaded to wrong company
  4. Payroll was cancelled

How to Delete a Batch

  1. Navigate to the file containing the batch
  2. Locate the batch in the batch list
  3. Click the delete icon next to the batch
  4. Review the warning showing number of entries affected
  5. Type "DELETE" to confirm
  6. Click Confirm Delete

Alternative: Delete Individual Items

If only some entries are incorrect, consider deleting individual items instead of the entire batch. This preserves correct entries and reduces re-entry work.
