Doculivery Notifications
What is Doculivery?
Doculivery is an electronic document delivery system that allows employers to distribute pay stubs, W-2s, and other HR documents electronically to employees.
Notification Types
- New Document Available - Sent when a new pay stub or document is posted
- W-2 Available - Sent when annual W-2 forms are ready for viewing
- Document Expiring - Reminder when documents are approaching retention limits
Managing Preferences
Employees can manage their Doculivery notification preferences through their employee portal. Employers can configure company-wide notification settings through the admin dashboard.
