Item Deletions Guide
Warning: Deleted items cannot be recovered. Please verify before confirming deletion.
When to Delete an Item
Individual items (entries) should be deleted when:
- Employee information is incorrect
- Amount is wrong and needs correction
- Employee is no longer with the company
- Duplicate entry exists
How to Delete an Item
- Navigate to the file containing the item
- Click "View Detail" to see all entries
- Locate the entry to delete
- Click the delete icon next to the entry
- Confirm the deletion in the popup
Important Notes
Items can only be deleted before the file is approved. Once a file has been approved for processing, items cannot be deleted. Contact Customer Support if you need to stop a payment after approval.
