Item Deletions Guide
Warning: Deleted items cannot be recovered. Please verify before confirming deletion.

When to Delete an Item

Individual items (entries) should be deleted when:

  1. Employee information is incorrect
  2. Amount is wrong and needs correction
  3. Employee is no longer with the company
  4. Duplicate entry exists

How to Delete an Item

  1. Navigate to the file containing the item
  2. Click "View Detail" to see all entries
  3. Locate the entry to delete
  4. Click the delete icon next to the entry
  5. Confirm the deletion in the popup

Important Notes

Items can only be deleted before the file is approved. Once a file has been approved for processing, items cannot be deleted. Contact Customer Support if you need to stop a payment after approval.
