Secure digital signing and authorization for payroll funding accounts
DDVerify is our secure electronic authorization system that allows clients to digitally sign and authorize bank accounts for payroll funding. This eliminates the need for paper-based authorization forms and speeds up the onboarding process.
All bank accounts used for payroll funding must be authorized through DDVerify before processing can begin.
As a payroll processor, you will need to guide your clients through the DDVerify authorization process:

You may be required to upload documentation for TIN verification, such as a signed 941 or 940 form, or an EFTPS system screenshot showing your legal business name and full FEIN/TIN.
